A task of leader in this situation is opposition manipulations from the side of personnel and gradual introduction of competition relations between performers as an organizational norm. It will allow will «intercept» initiative in a management and new administrative command. The workers of organization want to work in new terms, but not enough equipped instrumental.

Such situation can arise up in organization, high-reflection people either work in which or are strong leader the words of which employees trust and ready to go after him. Often such enterprises come forward the initiators of process about bankruptcy.

For the employees of similar enterprise, as a rule, most question of level of professional competence of leader — will be ready him to submit only in case that he will be able to work newly. For a leader a similar situation can become very favourable, if he will manage the process of the vocational training directly in the workplace. It is necessary for this purpose, that and he, and formed them administrative command able to work in the mode of «instructing» and permanent (continuous) teaching.

There can be a question, why organization appeared a crisis situation? Only because a crisis can be caused not only internal but also external (both and ) reasons. Distinguish organization, having such skilled situation, high degree of readiness to the changes, good selforganization. For such organization attention to the values and strained attitude is toward professionalism of leader. Thus, not so much to the presence for him of narrow knowledges, how many to his ability to formulate appearance of the future and acceptable to the personnel aims and values.
